When you send a brief or list a space, we receive what you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to arrange the booking you asked about. We share your brief with a space only when you ask us to check it for your dates.

We do not sell your information. Forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. If analytics are enabled, they count visits and pages viewed without identifying you by name.

To have your details removed, email us and we will delete them.
