The storefront sheet

The same 20 questions answered on every space.

Most listings show a photo, a size and a daily price. A retail team needs more before it signs: how much glass faces the street, whether it comes as a white box, where stock lives, how fixtures get in, what the power is, what you can put in the window, and what the rate looks like for a week or a month.

Every space here gets the same sheet. If a fact is not confirmed, it says so, and we confirm it in writing before you book.

Questions

FAQ

Is it free to use?
Yes. Requesting spaces and getting a shortlist is free for brands. Spaces we list may pay us a referral commission when a booking comes through us. It never shows up on your bill.
Can I rent a storefront for just one day?
Yes. Several spaces here take single-day bookings for launches, drops, sample sales and press days. Day bookings usually carry a 10 to 12 hour minimum that covers install and strike.
Do I sign a lease?
Usually not. Short pop-ups are normally done on a license agreement for set dates. Longer runs can be a short lease. Have a lawyer read whatever you sign.
Can you build the pop-up too?
Yes, if you want it. Our production partner, LUME Studios, designs, builds and staffs pop-ups and brand activations in New York. You can also bring your own team.
What if nothing on the list fits?
Send the brief anyway. The list is the start, not the limit. We also ask landlords and brokers we know for spaces that are not listed.

Send dates, size and the block you want. We send back storefronts that fit.
