Pop-up shop rental by the week in NYC

A week is long enough for word of mouth to work and short enough to stay a moment. It is a popular length for launches, collaborations and holiday shops.

At a week, you are paying for frontage and foot traffic more than for the room. A smaller unit with real glass on a busy block will usually outsell a bigger room upstairs.

Questions

FAQ

How much is a one-week pop-up in SoHo?
Broadway storefronts in SoHo ask roughly $5,000 to $15,000 or more a week on public listings, before fit-out. Corners and larger units sit at the top. We send real quotes for your dates.
Is a weekly pop-up a lease?
Usually not. Short pop-ups are normally done on a license agreement, which gives you the right to use the space for set dates without the obligations of a lease.
Can I extend if it goes well?
Sometimes. Ask for an extension option when you book. Spaces with no booking after you are the most likely to say yes.

Send dates, size and the block you want. We send back storefronts that fit.
