Pop-up space in SoHo
SoHo is where most brands want their first New York pop-up. Broadway between Houston and Canal carries the heaviest foot traffic, and the cast-iron side streets give a quieter, more editorial setting.
It is also the most expensive. Asking prices we saw on public listings in October 2026 ran from about $1,200 to $9,000 a day depending on size, block and corner glass.
