About the space
The street floor of an 1890 cast-iron building in SoHo that runs the full depth of the block. Storefront entrances and about 50 ft of glass sit at both ends, so a pop-up faces two streets at once.
Pressed-tin ceilings at 16 ft, brick, pale hardwood and a row of iron columns. An open stair leads to a second 10,000 sq ft floor below for stock, a lounge or a second reveal. Built for big one-day launches and sample sales with lines out the door.
House rules: A temporary place of assembly permit, fire guards, security and power tie-in can be required and are billed on top. No painting on brick, ceilings or floors. Must end by 2 am. Catering through the venue or its approved caterers.
