About the space
A former commercial shell between Chelsea and Hudson Yards with polished concrete, 18 ft ceilings and floor-to-ceiling storefront windows. One level, and the main hall has no columns.
It splits into The Yard at 15,000 sq ft, The Village at 4,000 and The Lounge at 3,000, so a pop-up can take one room or the whole floor. Two kitchens and truss lighting are in place, and The Yard has a large built-in screen.
House rules: AV, lighting, rigging, bar and staffing go through the venue's exclusive vendors. Outside caterers allowed. Noise curfew from 11 pm.
