About the space
The ground floor of 393 Broadway opens straight onto the sidewalk, with a marquee over the door that can carry your brand name. Inside is a white room with a 16 ft ceiling and a projection system that covers every wall and the floor.
Most storefronts are an empty box you have to light and dress. Here the room is the display: run product films, a brand world or a plain white wash, and change it between days without a rebuild. The building is run by LUME Studios, who can also produce the build if you want one team for space and fit-out.
